From TACTICAL to HUNTER in < 30 seconds....

She was just a plain jane wood stock 870, then I put the Rem. shurshot stock and forend and a HD BBL which is a Mossberg 18" with heavy duty breacher / face smasher......can shoot with one hand accurately if necessary with that stock...(I had to cut about 2" off the forend to allow for the shell carrier)...now she sleeps next to me every night...aww....

What's that front sight? Have you thought about a rear sight, maybe a large ghost ring? Have you shot it in low light? I'm wondering if that breacher works as a flash suppressor too?

Front sight has a white dot.... hmmmm, come over one evening and we'll check out the night operation!

Guess I need to hit send. Nice looking shotgun. Did I read that right, you put a Mossberg barrel on a Remington receiver? I did not know you could do that.

Sid, Mossberg makes a few for the 870.... I didn't want to spend what Rem wanted for their comparable bbl, and it has the choke-threaded breacher where the Moss is fabricated with the bbl, and has the flash suppressor.... It was cheap, and shoots well...devistating pattern up close.....

Awesome. You can kill some rabbits and then tenderize the meat all with the same gun.

Hit a rabbit with that and there won't be any meat left to tenderize, just a gooey, bloody, furry mess.
