Pocket Cannon is right. But those fireplugs sure do mess things up when they hit'em. I had an aunt, cancer took her, that carried one evryday for about twenty years. Never seemed to worry much about being mugged. Planned on giving over everything she had...starting with those five little friends.

I had a Bulldog at one time. It's a great little cannon. It's one of those that I wish I'd held on to. It's hard to beat a Charter considering the relatively inexpensive price tag.

'neck, Why not splurge and get u a S&W500Mag 2" if you need a "pocket cannon". I'm sure Capt' could work up some light load 300grainers for you.

Ordered it from Mr. Clean

A+ all the way with him

This bad boy only weighs 20 ounces and holds (5) 44 special "flying ashtrays...fits in the same pocket holster my S&W 642 38 does...only real diff is the grips...both are hammerless dao...I don't want any exposed hammers getting in the way on a draw from a pocket...These are obviously close range guns anyway

This bad boy has just become my primary...I do believe...its very light....no freaking trigger lock bull either

Gold Dot ammo 200 Grain HP's in back vs 130 gr 38's in front

which would u carry

My uncle used to always speak highly of Charter Arms. I bought a Charter Arms Undercover 38 back in 1993. It looks like a Smith, is nickle plated and accurate. What more could I ask for? I think that Charter Arms are under rated by some people. I did read a good article on them about a year ago. Good guns in my opinion.
