ruger mark II target

Post by 3spop on Sun Aug 22, 2010 9:30 pm

What is a ruger mark II Target worth nowadays? The one I'm looking at is a blued model in about 90-95%.

The auction sites have them anywhere from the low 300s up to 700. The pistols with bids all seem to be less than $350.

Those guns have gone up in the last few years. I have one of the target models that was my Dad,s. They shoot very nice and mine has a near perfect trigger. Offer 300 and if you are going to keep it, it doesn,t matter if you have to pay more.

I have seen them sell from $275 to $350 lately

I have a 6-7/8" Mark II and I would not part with it.

+1 on the wouldn't part with it. I had my MkII Target 6 7/8" on range today. With 1 Ram-line 12-shot stainless mag and 3 Ruger mags it is flawless. It was my Dad's bought at the old Howard Bros in McComb back in the day. Back when you could walk in and say I'll take that one.

I got a 10/22 target model recently, roughly 300 I think, FFL and shipping. Then buying 4 mags for 18.99 and a HiViz front sight puts me a bit over 400 in it.
