Serious problems with PMs here??

I've sent several PMs that apparently just got lost in space. Strange, for sure, but I understand things don't always work as described and free forums might not quite be ready for primetime. That said, I attempted to send a PM to another member earlier today and it's still sitting in my outbox. It'd be nice if they were able to read it, but I don't think they can until it moves to my sent box. Can someone explain what gives here? Not trying to be difficult, but this is a real mystery to me. Does the other person have to sign on before the message is transferred, or is this just a deficiency of this BBS system? The others that didn't get delivered didn't bother me too much, but I'd really like to get together with this individual. Strange stuff and somewhat annoying. Anyways, may or may not be a problem, but it's a little frustrating to try and message someone and not being sure if they know you're communicating with them or not. Hate to sound like I'm bitchin', but I may be. I sent a message to this individual last evening and it ain't to be found any where. That's just fine, but it would be very nice if he got my current message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That said, I do appreciate your efforts, but this may be something worth looking into.

Thanks Captain-03. I think I understand things a little better now. You know, it's gonna be embarassing to myself, if I learn that it was me all along.
