Stippling

Post by Caleb C on Fri Aug 27, 2010 7:16 pm

Has anybody tried stippling a polymer frame pistol? I did the floor plate of an Asian glock mag. It looked pretty good. I couldn't get it right on the factory mag. The glock polymer seems to be a lot harder. I'm thinking I need a hotter soldering iron. Any suggestions?

I think gunny has done one of his glocks. I've thought about doing my xdm bu that's as far as I've gotten.

Guy I know done mine for me. He will do them for $70 bucks. I'm having another done shortly. My 36 is stippled as well and ColdBore Customs done it. Fellow member had it done before I purchased from him.
Caleb, all I can say is practice practice practice.

I finally worked up the nerve to try it on my Glock. Check it out in the firearms pictures section
