Guy i worked with at my old job said he could shoot a group that was the size of a silverdollar with his 30-06 at a mile.. i asked how far that was and his reply "1000yds"... oh really now??? so what happened to the other 760yds? hahahah

I heard a police officer say that he didn't like Glocks since if you left them in a hot car, the frame would melt. He preferred the Ruger autos. This was about 12 years ago.

A salesman at vans told me that your shooting is most accurate when your trigger finger is running parallel with the frame....I said oh really? How are you supposed to shoot then? He looked at me like I was wasting his time and walked off

A newspaper editor told me that their staff "gun expert" told her a SKS was just the semi auto version of a AK-47.

I was getting a haircut the other day and the barber and client in the next chair over were talking about a fellow they both knew.
He went Dove or Quail hunting and said he got 48 birds with one box of shotshells. Said he found a spot where two groups of birds would cross and he would get 2 with one shot. Only got 48 birds though... he missed once. rotflmao
