Improvements to my glock

Post by Caleb C on Mon Sep 06, 2010 10:21 am

This is my G26 with extended mag release, extended slide release, Confederate flag back plate, and Duracoat black slide. I did the stippling myself and JJacobs and I did the Duracoat finish.

That looks purdy good and not too aggressive stipple. My 34 will eat the flesh it's so rough, but that's what I wanted.
I can't run a plate with anything on it on the back of my gun due to my eyes wanting to focus there and not on front sight. I tried once with the Orange Armorers one and it really messed the sight picture up.

Where'd you get the back plate?

Very interesting piece you got there! Be careful going north of the Mason/Dixon line ..........

The back plate came from a company called NDZ Performance. They mainly make billet automotive parts but they also make laser etched back plates for Glocks. Here's the link:

.....And you wont have to worry about me traveling into Yankee territory with my Rebel Glock. I can't think of a single reason to travel outside of good ole Dixie Land.

Yep. High temp solder iron for the stippling. It must be very hot as Glock polymer is very hard to melt
