Ruger Mark II barrel replacement

Can the barrel on a Ruger mark II be replaced?
I have a Ruger Mark II with pencil barrel and wanted a heavy or target barrel.

thanks for the link but I do not want an aluminum barrel. I just ordered a new mark 3 with bull barrel for $310.
